Evolve IP Alert: Maintenance

Dear Valued Client,
In order to continue to provide world-class service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: Friday, June 4th, 2021 at 11:00 PM EDT
End: Saturday, June 5th, 2021 at 3:00 AM EDT
Duration: 4 hours

Purpose: Upgrade to the newest Release Independent version of Broadsoft as part of the R24 upgrade.

Impact: The chances of a customer impacting issue is low. Should there be an issue, customers could experience intermittent delays with call setup and application logins. However, to mitigate service impact, the maintenance is being performed during low traffic period, and is done on individual servers in a high availability cluster.

Remediation: The primary servers will be upgraded first and tested before the other servers in the cluster are taken out of service to be upgraded. If there are problems, the upgraded servers will be reverted.
