In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 1/22/2025 10:00 PM EST
End: 1/23/2025 6:00 AM EST
Duration: 8h
Purpose: This maintenance is to upgrade the operating system of our Broadworks broadsoft-g servers to ensure the continued efficiency, security, and reliability of our infrastructure.
Impact: There is a small risk of impact to Call Processing and application traffic while the server is failed over to the redundant server. Application traffic may require reconnection and/or logging back in.
Required user actions: None
