In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 6/2/2022 10:00 AM EST
End: 6/2/2022 2:00 PM EST
Duration: 4h
Purpose: Upgrade Veeam Service Provider Console to provide latest functionality and security updates.
Impact: During the maintenance, customers utilizing Veeam Physical Agent backups will not be able to access the Veeam Physical Agent Administration Portal (vcc-east-portal.evolveip.net). All backup functionality will continue as normal. Customers utilizing Evolve IP Infrastructure Backup As A Service will not be impacted.
Required user actions: None required. Reach out to Evolve IP support if additional assistance is needed.
