Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 7/18/2024 1:00 PM EST
End: 7/18/2024 5:00 PM EST
Duration: 4h
Purpose: Engineers will be updating the Veeam Cloud Connect to the latest cumulative patch available from Veeam.
Impact: This update will be applied during business hours in order to minimize the impact on scheduled backup jobs. During the maintenance window, backup and recovery operations will not be available.

Customers utilizing Infrastructure Backup as a Service will not be impacted.
Required user actions: Retry any interrupted backup jobs or allow them to run on their normal schedule. Evolve IP will not be able to retry interrupted jobs, as they are customer managed.
