In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:
Start: 4/23/2024 9:00 PM EST End: 4/23/2024 11:00 PM EST Duration: 2 hours Purpose: We are updating the EvolveIP Data Warehouse schema by incorporating new columns recently added to the ECS Data Warehouse. The following table will be affected: ECSInteractionSegmentFact. New columns are listed below: iseg_HPBXCallInfo iseg_SIPCallId Impact: This will affect only ECS ETL. The ETL will be suspended for an hour. Required user actions: There are instances where reconnecting to the data warehouse is required to view any modifications.
