Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 4/12/2024 10:00 PM EST
End: 4/13/2024 2:00 AM EST
Duration: 4h
Purpose: rmm-a.evolveip.net and rmm-b.evolveip.net upgrade to b2024_1_0_17 version.

Impact: During upgrade customers will not be able to login to rmm-a.evolveip.net and rmm-b.evolveip.net or receive any alerts. Customers that on the RMM platform will receive notifications that both the Probe and Agent are down, but no action is required from customers during the upgrade.
Required user actions: In some cases, customers have to manually upgrade Probe/Agents
