We have been notified by Kakapo Systems, the provider of the Unity suite of applications, that they will be performing emergency maintenance within their data center Thursday, February 18th at 3:00 PM EST. They will be failing the connections over to their backup data center to reduce impact. To utilize the backup data center, please confirm that any firewall rules contain the backup IPs. These are the same IPs that are used in the case of an emergency failover, so it is likely already configured, and this is notice is being provided to allow time to confirm they are included.
