Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 7/16/2024 11:00 AM EST
End: 7/16/2024 5:00 PM EST
Duration: 6 hrs
Purpose: We are performing software upgrades to the IaaS/DRaaS platform that include bug fixes and patches for known vulnerabilities.
Impact: During this time, you will experience interruptions in the ability to manage virtual machines via the vCloud portal. For DRaaS customers, you will be unable to perform failover functions within Zerto.
Required user actions: Please refrain from making changes within vCloud director or Zerto (DRaaS) until after the maintenance window has subsided.
