Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 5/19/2022 11:00 PM EST
End: 5/20/2022 5:00 AM EST
Duration: 6h
Purpose: We will be removing older soon to expire licensing. As a result the load balancers might need rebooted.
The non-active load balancer would be rebooted first. Once we validate licensing is pulling correctly we would failover so that the recently rebooted load balancer would become the primary.
Typically a failover occurs without any impact to the underlying services.
Once the failover is complete we would reboot the new secondary load balancer and validate both members of the availability pair are pulling the correct licensing.
Impact: There should be no impact to the load balanced services.
