Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 7/17/2024 10:00 PM EST
End: 7/18/2024 2:00 AM EST
Duration: 4 hrs
Purpose: We are performing software upgrades to the DaaS platform that include bug fixes and patches for known vulnerabilities.
Impact: During this time, you will experience interruptions in the ability to deploy new and manage DaaS desktops via the management portal.

Access to existing desktops that are already powered on should not be impacted.
Required user actions: Please refrain from making changes within your DaaS admin console until after the maintenance window has subsided.
