Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 11/5/2024 5:00 PM EST
End: 11/6/2024 10:00 PM EST
Duration: 29 hours
Purpose: Voice Engineering will be performing network maintenance on Broadsoft media server platform. During this time, we do not expect any impact on services.
Impact: Should there be an issue, customers could experience quality degradation during phone calls or media playback. However, the likelihood of an issue is minimal since each server will be tested individually before added back in routing.
Required user actions: None
