Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 12/2/2021 2:00 AM EST
End: 12/2/2021 6:00 AM EST
Duration: 4h
Purpose: Upgrade of the Application Servers to bring them to the latest software release
Impact: You may experience brief interruptions for UC1, Call Center and Receptionist clients while they are being updated. Other applications, including Unity may also experience intermittent logout issues and will require re-login during the maintenance. Call processing could be impacted, however we do not anticipate any interruptions, as redundant systems will be active.
