This maintenance is to deploy newer hardware to support additional security measures. Impact: Phones should failover to the new IP by registration renewal. If phone gets stuck customer may need to reboot phones. Required user actions: Phones are configured to automatically failover without requiring customer intervention. While phone reboots may be necessary in rare cases, such occurrences are not expected. If customers have firewall rules they will need to add new Public IP 74.117.227.33.

Impact: During this maintenance window, access to the Zerto Self Service Portal (ZSSP) will be unavailable and VPG replication will be interrupted.
Creation/Editing of VPGs and failover functionality will be unavailable during this upgrade.
Once the upgrade completes, VPG replication will resume as normal. Required user actions: Should you require a DR failover during this time window, please reach out to EvolveIP support to ensure the platform is ready for failover activity.
