Evolve IP Alert: Maintenance
Dear Valued Client, In order to continue to provide world-class service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:
Start: Tuesday, May 18th, 2021 at 10:00 PM EDT End: Tuesday, May 18th, 2021 at 11:00 PM EDT Duration: 1 hour
Purpose: Implement a fix for DTMF digit recognition for customers dialing using ECS or Click-to-Dial with Microsoft Teams.
Impact: No impact expected.
Remediation: In the event the fix does not solve the problem, the configuration change will be rolled back.
Required user actions: No action necessary.
