In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:
Start: 9/30/2022 10:00 PM EST
End: 10/1/2022 12:00 AM EST
Duration: 2
Purpose: This maintenance is to prepare for future enhancements. There are no noticeable changes at this time.
Impact: Call processing for new or existing calls is at low risk, however the SBC's are in redundant pairs so no expected impact to service as they are patched. Also, patches have been fully tested in a lab environment and a full SIP test plan will be carried out after the patching to ensure services are business as usual.
