Voice Engineering will be performing network maintenance on Broadsoft media servers MS24 through to MS27 on Thursday, November 14th starting at 10:00 PM EST until Friday, November 15th at 12:00 AM EST. The Broadsoft media servers manage media recording (call recording) and media playback (ivr, auto attendant, ring back) services. During the maintenance we do not expect any impact on services.
