Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 12/12/2021 9:00 AM EST
End: 12/12/2021 1:00 PM EST
Duration: 4h
Purpose: In order to continue providing world class data center services Evolve IP will be replacing the security certificates for the Virtual Data Center Mangement Portal.
There are multiple redundant systems hosting the portal. We will be updating each system one at a time to reduce any needed downtime.

Impact: During the maintenance window you may be asked to re-authenticate within the vCloud management portal as the certificates are updated. This may affect authentication into the Self-Service backup portal as well. If any urgent restores are needed and you are unable to log into the self-service backup portal please reach out to Support to initiate the required restore https://www.evolveip.net/about/contact-us

Normal virtual machine operations will not be impacted as the maintenance only pertains to the administrative portal.
