In order to provide you with the best service possible, we will upgrade your Evolve Contact Suite (ECS) environment with a few hotfixes:

When: Sunday, October 25th from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM EDT

Impact: All ECS applications will experience a few minutes of downtime during this period.

This release contains the following fixes:

Calls offered to a Ready Agent during their handset's initialization or registration process could not be answered by subsequent agents.

Agents were incorrectly placed into the Backoffice state after transferring a call.

The 2.04 report didn't properly calculate the Staffed, No Answer, Backoffice, and Handle Outgoing fields.
