To provide you with the best service possible, Evolve IP will be performing maintenance on the Call Recording recorders on Oct 1 from 1 am through 3 am. Calls WILL NOT be recorded during this maintenance but we do not expect the service to be down any longer than 2 minutes.

NOTE: If you are receiving call recording files with FTP they will be 10x the size then previous, please make sure you have adequate hard drive space. If you use the email function in the web portal depending on the length of the call could be too large to send through email, please use the download function instead.
