In order to provide you with the best service possible, Evolve IP will be performing maintenance on our BroadSoft Web Servers in Philadelphia data center on Friday 8/23/2019 at 11:00 PM EST to Saturday 8/24/2019 at 6:00 AM EST. During this time, you may experience brief interruptions for these services.

• Monet
• AMP
• User and Device Provisioning (DMS)
• Evolve Contact Center Suite (ECS)
• Custom API Integrations

We expect minimal impact, as services should immediately get reestablished with redundant severs. Note: Call Center and Receptionist applications will not be impacted by this maintenance.
