In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 1/27/2023 3:00 AM EST
End: 1/27/2023 6:00 AM EST
Duration: 3h
Purpose: Cisco has discovered a potential vulnerability which requires patching. We will be upgrading as well as moving customers to updated systems to mitigate this risk.
Impact: Customers who are using www.voip.evolveip.net for UCaaS device management, applications or integrations will need to update their firewalls per the required user actions details below. Other customers' impact will be limited to device management and the servers will be updated one at a time to limit any impact.
Required user actions: Customers with explicit firewall rules will need to update their configurations for the new IP addresses. The changes to the ip addresses are listed here: https://support.evolveip.net/display/EIQ/UCaaS+XSP+Migration+IP+Address+Changes
