Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 2/14/2023 4:00 AM EST
End: 2/14/2023 7:00 AM EST
Duration: 3 Hours
Purpose: Migrating web traffic to newly upgraded Services Platforms
Impact: There will be new public ip addresses, so some customers' firewalls could be affected. The new ip addresses are in the same subnets as the ones in our past firewall recommendations.

The new platforms will be switched in one service at a time and tested individually. The replacement servers are already in place and have been tested.
Required user actions: Customers with explicit firewall rules will need to update their configurations for the new IP addresses. The changes to the ip addresses are listed here: https://support.evolveip.net/display/EIQ/UCaaS+XSP+Migration+IP+Address+Changes

Only the ip addresses are changing. The ports will remain the same for each service.

If customers are pointed directly to specific XSPs, we recommend that you take this opportunity to begin using the FQDNs associated with each service. This is to prevent any service impacts when the old XSPs are decommissioned in the near future.
