Evolve IP Alert: Maintenance

Dear Valued Client,
In order to continue to provide world-class service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: Sunday, May 23rd, 2021 at 11:00 PM EDT
End: Monday, May 24th, 2021 at 12:00 AM EDT
Duration: 1 hour

Purpose: Update voicemail subsystem to record messages using MP3 instead of WAV files.

Impact: New voicemail messages recorded after the maintenance will be delivered in the MP3 format going forward (instead of WAV).

Remediation: If any issues occur during the maintenance, the voice messaging format will be set back to WAV.

Required user actions: No action should be necessary by customers, unless they are filtering emails based on file type (e.g. only allowing .wav files).
