Evolve IP will be performing maintenance on the Call Recording platform for customers on Broadsoft Platform’s A, B, and C on Nov 1st from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM.

Calls WILL NOT be recorded during this maintenance, but we do not expect the service to be down longer than 1 minute.

After this maintenance is complete, calls will be recorded in stereo channels – with each caller isolated on their own channel. When you are listening to a call, you will hear one caller on the right, and the other caller on the left. If you use a mono headset and can only hear one caller, you may need to check your settings to allow your computer to convert your audio back into mono.

IMPORTANT: If you download call recordings and upload them to a third-party (such as a CRM), please contact your Client Relationship Manager directly prior to Oct 22. We will work with you to review your workflow and ensure a smooth transition after this maintenance on Nov 1st.

In addition, if you use the “Email” function inside of the OSSmosis Recorder, the file size may be too large to be attached based on your organization’s email attachment limits. We recommend downloading the recording and compressing the file using ZIP before emailing, or sharing the recording using a file sharing service like OneDrive.
