Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 9/24/2021 3:00 AM EST
End: 9/24/2021 6:00 AM EST
Duration: 3 hrs
Purpose: Organizations utilizing UC-One Collab Desktop app (versions 22.2.X, 22.7.X or 22.9.10) will be upgraded to version 22.9.21. The upgraded client fixes bugs and prepares your systems for the upcoming Broadworks Release 24 upgrade.

Known Bug Fixes:
 Conference participant list related fixes
 Login after password reset improvement
 Communicator Desktop issues with Presence-on-Demand and Full-Enterprise-Directory menu
 Communicator Desktop 22.9.10 One-way-audio.
 Desktop client does not update user’s presence status based on Outlook settings





Impact: As of August 21th, you will be prompted on your next login with an optional download of the new application. After August 27th, your only choice is to accept the mandatory upgrade.
Required user actions: You have the following options:
1) Proactively download the upgraded application by visiting the link below
2) Opt for the new application after August 20th
3) Accept the mandatory update after August 27th
