In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 7/23/2021 11:00 PM EST
End: 7/24/2021 6:00 AM EST
Duration: 7h
Purpose: Upgrade to the newest Release Independent version of Broadsoft as part of the R24 upgrade.
Impact: The chances of a customer impacting issue is low. Should there be an issue, customers could experience intermittent delays with retrieving device config files or Call Center reports. However, to mitigate service impact, the maintenance is being performed during low traffic period, and is done on individual servers in a high availability cluster.
