In order to continue providing world class datacenter services Evolve IP will be upgrading the pair of load balancing appliances that provides Workspace Application and Desktop sessions.

The maintenance is scheduled to start on Thursday February 25th at 10:00 p.m. Eastern and complete on Friday February 26th at 4:00 a.m. Eastern.

During the maintenance the secondary load balancer will be upgraded first. Once complete the primary appliance will be failed over to a secondary role. During this failover it is possible you may see a short pause in any connected sessions. This pause typically lasts no longer than a second or two, during which your connect session screen may dim to indicate the pause.

The newly failed over secondary appliance will then be upgraded, completing the upgrade process.
Following the upgrade both systems will resume normal highly available operations.
