Evolve IP Alert: Maintenance

Dear Valued Client,
In order to continue to provide world-class service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: Friday, May 14th, 2021 at 1:00 AM EDT
End: Friday, May 14th, 2021 at 3:00 AM EDT
Duration: 2 hours

Purpose: Upgrade to the Oracle SBC's to implement essential firmware fixes.

Impact: The SBC's operate in a HA pair, and one will always be serving whilst the other is being operated on. However there is the chance that a failed upgrade could cause issues with placing and receiving calls, this is however mitigated by performing regression testing on each node after patch update is completed.

Remediation: If an issue occurs during the upgrade we can immediately fail over to a healthy SBC. In the event that an issue occurs after the upgrade, we've put plans in place to ensure that the downgrading process is as quick and as effortless as possible.

Required user actions: If a call fails during the upgrade window, a user may need to re-dial a couple times for it to complete.
