In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 9/21/2022 2:00 AM EST
End: 9/21/2022 4:00 AM EST
Duration: 2 hours
Purpose: No Answer timeout wrongly calculated causing agent to drop/miss calls
Improvements on Agent outgoing calls caller id presented on the recording portal
Adding logs in campaigns execution module


Impact: All ECS applications will experience a few minutes of downtime during this period.
