Dear Valued Client,

In order to provide you with the best service possible, we will be performing a Database maintenance on ECS to clear the Reporting Services access issue experienced on April 19th.

When: Wednesday, April 28th from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM EST

Impact: The Reporting Services will not be available for 10 minutes during this period. Customers can continue to use the system as usual, and no data will be lost.
